Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is a 24 hour notice for customers, please keep in mind we are running a business and want to keep our staff busy and not waiting around, if you fail to turn up for your appointment, or cancel with less than 24 hour notice, a €20 cancellation charge will be applied to the card used when booking.
